Job Description

• Responsible for providing direct oversight of various subcontracted workers, electricians, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, structural steel or any other sub contracted contractors
• Will manage all projects and people within time, scope, delivery, and budget
• Responsible for daily meetings to keep the project son timeline, dealing with any change orders with customers
• Will provide detailed pictures and emails on various project stages/updates to the team

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supervising trades at a job site out of commercial construction
• Ability to travel every 14-16 weeks on new projects
