Job Description

• Responsible for the safety, quality, budget, design input and schedule of the project stie
• Will manage subcontractors and vendors to provide input to the design team for project installation issues and changes
• Will provide project schedules two weeks ahead and will hold subcontractor weekly status meetings
• Will handle document on-site activities
• Will assist in the preparation of project status reports and provide daily reports to the project manager
• Will travel from Midwest to East Coast

Key Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience of ground up commercial/industrial construction projects
