Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave tracking, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as the go-to resource for payroll and benefits questions, proactively resolving issues.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile benefit invoices, maintain HRIS data, and support audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and create easy-to-understand resources for employees.
- Support managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, and leave administration.

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR operations.
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws, benefits regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; confident in managing and troubleshooting data.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative, employee-focused mindset.
