Pay Information
$105 to $150 per hour

About The Position

OBGYN Physician Locums - Montana, Low Volume

This Montana-based OBGYN assignment includes low-volume call and clinic coverage in a critical access setting.


Highlights

  • Low patient volume, about 1 delivery per day
  • 24-hour pager call with minimal clinic
  • Holiday pay at 1.5x on New Year's Day


Practice Setting

  • Critical access hospital with inpatient and outpatient mix
  • RN staff, 24/7 ER and hospitalist MD coverage
  • Full OB and basic Gyn services
  • On-site gym available for provider use


Schedule

  • Only 1-2 weeks of coverage needed; dates still open
  • Primarily 24-hour pager call, with a few clinic days (8a-5p)
  • Be within 4 hours of Sidney by 5 p.m. the day before shift


Cases and Procedures

  • Deliveries (36+ weeks only), C-sections, D&Cs, circumcisions
  • All OB/GYN cases handled; NICU transfers for <36 weeks
  • Volume is low; ideal for providers seeking lighter assignments


Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in OBGYN
  • Montana license or IMLC eligibility
  • DEA required


Travel Accommodations

  • Airfare, lodging, and rental car included
  • Nearest airport: Williston (delays common in winter)
  • Ground travel reimbursed if needed from Billings, Bismarck, or Minot
