Location: Bardonia, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Direct and oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff, providing training as needed.
Ensure accurate preparation, dispensing, and documentation of medications.
Develop and monitor workflow processes to improve productivity and patient care.
Partner with leadership to achieve operational and quality goals.
Monday Friday: Primarily day shifts
Evenings/weekends: As needed
Active New York Pharmacist license (in good standing).
Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience, preferably in a Long-Term Care setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
