Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field crews, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct daily inspections of worksites to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Operate company vehicles to transport crew, tools, and materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, job progress, and equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Operations teams regarding job updates or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and company policies.
- Assist with hands-on field work when required to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in construction, landscaping, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
